What this service is

Fthini Asfalia (fthiniasfalia.gr) is an information tool that calculates estimates of car insurance premiums from a pricing model described in detail on how we calculate.

The prices are not offers

No price on this website is an offer, a proposal to contract or a commitment of any insurance company. They are the output of a model and may differ, upwards or downwards, from the price the company gives you.

A binding price is given exclusively by the insurance company, after full details of the vehicle and the driver and under its own underwriting terms. A company may refuse to insure you altogether, even if it appears with a price in our comparison.

We are not an insurance intermediary

The website does not carry on insurance distribution within the meaning of Greek law 4583/2018. We do not conclude insurance contracts, we do not carry out preparatory work towards concluding them, we do not pass user details to insurance undertakings or intermediaries, and we receive no fee or commission from them.

We give no advice

The content of the website is general information. It is not a personalised recommendation or advice on choosing an insurance product, and it takes no account of your individual needs, your financial situation or your investment objectives.

Company names

The names, marks and trade names of the insurance companies belong to their owners and are used solely to identify and compare them. None of these companies is affiliated with the website, approves it or endorses it.

Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the calculations and the information accurate and current, and we publish the methodology and the data year of every published figure the calculation rests on. We do not, however, guarantee their accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

We accept no liability for loss that may arise from using the estimates as a substitute for a formal quote. The decision to insure and the choice of company are yours, and are made on the documents the company gives you.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top of the page shows the last update.

Governing law

Greek law applies. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction.
